Liquid, highly alkaline universal cleaner containing active chlorine.
Winterhalter F8400 universal cleaner is liquid, highly alkaline and contains active chlorine. Due to its bleach components, F8400 removes dried-on food residues and coffee or tea residues particularly effectively.
With its extremely good dissolving power of fats & proteins makes it ideal to wash dishes, cutlery, pans and containers made of stainless steel and plastic. Please note that the F 8400 is not suitable for cleaning cutlery and containers made of silver, aluminium and light alloys.
AREA OF APPLICATION:
- Suitable for use in commercial dishwashers
- Suitable for all types of dishes made of porcelain, plastic, stainless steel as well as cutlery and utensils
- Effectively removes dried-on food residues of all kinds as well as coffee and tea residues and other dyes
- Not suitable for silver, aluminium (also anodised) and light alloys
